Privacy Policy

Effective 19 August 2026

InnerSky is a numerology app: it computes a personal chart from your birth name and birth date, and lets you ask Sky, an AI guide, questions grounded in that chart. This policy explains exactly what we collect and why, in plain language.

What we collect

  • Account email and password — to sign you in. Passwords are handled by our authentication provider and never visible to us.
  • Full birth name and birth date — this is sensitive personal data. It is used solely to compute your numerology chart, on your device. We never use it for anything else and never share it for advertising.
  • Your chart — the numbers computed from your name and birth date, stored so the app and Sky can use them.
  • Sky conversations — your questions and Sky's answers, stored so your conversation continues across sessions.
  • Subscription status — whether you have Premium, so the app knows what to unlock.

We do not collect analytics identifiers, advertising IDs, location, or contacts.

AI processing

When you ask Sky a question, your message, recent conversation, and your chart numbers are sent to OpenRouter, Inc. (and the model hosts it routes to) solely to generate Sky's reply. These providers process the text to produce the answer; we do not permit its use for advertising. Don't put anything into a chat you wouldn't want processed by an AI service.

Where your data lives

  • Server side: your account, chart, and conversations are stored with Supabase, our database provider, in the European Union.
  • On your device: your session is kept in the secure keychain, and a copy of your chart and reading content is cached locally so the app works offline.

Payments

Subscriptions are processed by Apple's App Store or Google Play, with RevenueCat managing subscription status. We never see your card details.

Deleting your data

Profile → Delete account permanently removes your account, chart, and all conversations from our servers, immediately. There is no retention after deletion beyond short-lived encrypted backups that expire automatically.

Your rights. You can access, correct, export, or erase your data at any time — most of it directly in the app, or by emailing us. If you're in the EU/EEA, you also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.

Children

InnerSky is not directed at children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, we'll note it here with a new effective date.
