Terms of Use
Effective 19 August 2026
The most important part. InnerSky and Sky exist for insight and reflection — not professional advice. Nothing in the app is medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice, and no reading predicts or guarantees any outcome. For real decisions about health, money, or the law, talk to a qualified professional.
Using InnerSky
- You need to be 16 or older.
- You're responsible for your account and for keeping your password to yourself.
- Don't abuse the service — no attempts to break, overload, scrape, or misuse it, and no unlawful content in chats.
- We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.
Subscriptions
- Premium is an auto-renewing subscription (weekly or annual), billed through the App Store or Google Play at the price shown before purchase.
- It renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Cancel any time in your store account's subscription settings (there's a shortcut in Profile → Manage subscription).
- Refunds are handled by Apple / Google under their policies.
Your content
Your birth details and chat messages remain yours. You give us the limited permission needed to operate the app — computing your chart, storing your conversations, and sending chat context to our AI provider to generate replies (see the Privacy Policy).
No warranties, limited liability
InnerSky is provided "as is". To the maximum extent the law allows, we disclaim warranties of fitness for a particular purpose and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for decisions you make based on readings or Sky's replies. Where liability can't be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the operator's country of residence in the European Union, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections of your own country.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes get a new effective date here. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept it.
